Peter Obi and his campaign team stopped by in Edo state on Friday to continue with their state-to-state campaigns.
Obi was welcomed by raucous crowds, as he paid courtesy visits to the Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty, Oba Ewuare II, CFR.
Obi also visited some parts of the State, with market women closing shops to show their support for him.

This is a far cry from the experiences of Lagos State small business owners who were allegedly threatened with eviction for not supporting Bola Ahmed Tinubu, APC’S presidential candidate.
It was gathered that Peter Obi was denied access to the stadium he was to use for his campaign rally.
The former Anambra State Governor also went to Auchi where Adams Oshiomhole hails from, to pay homage to the Otaru of Auchi. It turned out that Oshiomhole was scheduled to hold his rally on the same day.
The former Edo State Governor once said Peter Obi has no supporters, insisting that his supporters are just “four people in a room.”
