The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has warned that anyone found with counterfeit naira note risk 21 years in jail.
EFCC stated this on its verified twitter handle on Monday.
The commission stated this while announcing the date and time for the next edition of the #EFCCConnect.
The event, which will feature experts who will discuss “Counterfeiting: Possession is an Offence”, comes up on Wednesday, August 3.
