In Nigeria, animals are not usually given the good treatment they deserve. Animals like dogs and cats are seen more as night watchers by their owners than as pets to be looked after.
As such, animals like dogs don’t sleep on the couch, they sleep outside in the cold.
Cats are often deployed as rat catchers, but most often they end up as meat stealers, in which case, they either get killed or driven away.
But in this short video, a group of students in an institution unknown, in a country not known, can be seen forming a human rope, with which they pulled a dog out of water, saving it from drowning.
