An unknown number of police officers were reportedly killed on Sunday at Enugwu-Ukwu community in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State when some gunmen opened fire on the convoy of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.
Ifeanyi Uba is the Senator representing Anambra South.

My Uba who was on his way to his hometown of Nnewi when the convoy was attacked said that SSS operatives were also amongst the casualties.
However, the names of the officers who were killed in the hit are yet to be disclosed.
