President Muhammadu Buhari was conferred with the Portuguese National Honour in Lisbon on June 30th by Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa conferred the honour on Buhari during the Nigeria-Portugal Business Forum in Lisbon.
Aside the conferment of the honour on the Nigerian leader, the both presidents then participated at the Closing Ceremony of the Business Forum.
The Nigerian delegation to the country included Minister of Trade & Investment Otunba Niyi Adebayo, and GMD NNPC Mele Kyari, Acting CEO NIPC Emeka Offor, Minister of Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Onyeama, amongst several others.
