Thousands of permanent voter’s cards(PVC) have been reportedly dug out from a drain at Apa-Ogwu Estate Rumuodara, Port Harcourt.
In the video posted by Port Harcourt Daily on Instagram, the man narrating said some government officials have been made aware of the situation.
