Akwa Ibom Government under the leadership of Udom Emmanuel has built another stadium.
The Governor announced this on Facebook on Saturday.
Udom said, “I love sports and I know that sports development can give our teeming youthful population an opportunity to achieve their dreams and stay healthy.”
“That is why I built this 18,000 capacity Stadium in Eket and it is ready for inauguration on Friday with a friendly between Akwa United and Katsina United. Akwa Ibom is arguably the home of sports in Nigeria.”
