Vice President Sen. Kashim Shettima conveyed that President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms and diplomatic alliances aim to attract investments and collaborations for Nigeria, in line with global and regional cooperation.
He shared this during his address at the 3rd BRICS-Africa Outreach and BRICS Plus Dialogue, held alongside the 15th BRICS Summit in Johannesburg, representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Vice President emphasized the importance of partnerships for accelerated growth, sustainable development, and inclusive multilateralism, addressing a distinguished audience including leaders from China, India, Brazil, South Africa, and Russia’s Foreign Minister.
“The new government, which began less than three months ago, is examining the variables and evaluating the scope and level of regional and global cooperation to pursue to establish Nigeria as the desired friend and partner,” the VP said.
