The Spokesperson of the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, Daniel Bwala has alleged that APC’s Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu sponsored some of the people that attended Peter Obi’s rallies, just to keep the Labour Party presidential candidate in the race.
According to Daniel Bwala who appeared in an interview on Channels television tonight, Peter Obi has swayed a few Nigerians using religious sentiments but then a vote for him will indirectly be a vote for Bola Ahmed Tinubu (meaning it will increase Asiwaju’s winning chances). He also stated that he got an information a few weeks ago that Tinubu sponsored some of the people who attended Peter Obi’s rallies.

“I don’t have to go further to talk about why Nigerians should not vote for Asiwaju, there is not a single day in their campaign there was no gaffe. I am telling you the truth that Nigerian people cannot vote for APC. It’s not just for Asiwaju, it’s about the party and some people try to suggest that Peter Obi is a new phenomenon, he is this and that.”
“Let me tell you today, for every Christian that votes for Peter Obi, they are voting for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. I got information some weeks ago that Asiwaju sponsored some of the people that went to Peter Obi’s rally, just to keep him in the race. Asiwaju knows that as long as Peter Obi is alive in the race, he will take away the votes of the PDP.”
