Former Senator representing Kaduna Central Hon. Shehu Sani has urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to disclose to Nigerians what he inherited as contained in the handover notes from the outgone administration of former president Muhammadu Buhari.
In a tweet on his official Twitter page, the human right activist called on President Tinubu to set aside party solidarity and tell Nigerians what he met on the ground on assumption of leadership instead of asking Nigerians to make sacrifices.
He branded the call by the president unfair without a full disclosure of the assets, liabilities and debts he inherited from the outgone administration.
“The Tinubu Government must set aside party solidarity and tell the country the truth about what they inherited as contained in the handover book. It’s unfair to ask the poor masses to make sacrifices without knowing the details of what happened under the last administration.” He wrote.
