The Senator representing Adamawa North at the National Assembly, Elisha Ishaku Abbo has revealed that the little baby, Zaliha Safiya Suleiman with a tumor behind her successfully underwent a surgery for the growth today.
Recall that few days ago, the senator had directed that the little child, who was born with the tumor, be taken to the Federal Medical Centre, Yola for medical attention and surgery.
He had also promised to foot the medical bills of the child as he learnt that her parents went in search of Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs) to help them with foot the bill.
In a statement, alongside before and after pictures of the child on his official facebook page on Monday night, Abbo was full of thanks and appreciation to everyone, that made the surgery of succcesful.
He disclosed that Zaliha is recovering well.
