Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah has won the TikTok fan’s player of the year award.
The Egyptian was awarded the trophy on Thursday night at the award ceremony in Dubai.
The award ceremony which was organised by Arab based Globe Soccer Awards, also had in Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Sergio Ramos. The latter won “best defender of all time” award.
Fabrizio Romano, the Italian journalist was also honoured as the year’s “best football journalist.”
Former England and Manchester United forward, Wayne Rooney also clinched the career award.
Salah won’t be going to the World Cup after his nation of Egypt failed to qualify.
