Aspiring voters were left stranded at the INEC Office in Abuja on Thursday, after the commission locked them out before closing time.
In a video posted on Instagram by Dele Farotimi and seen by Switch Nigeria, the INEC office located in Garki Abuja stopped attending to those who came to collected their PVC after 1pm, almost two hours before their usual closing time of 3pm.
