A man 31-year-old man, Confidence Amatobi, has been accused of beating his two-month-old baby, Miracle, with a plastic hanger for disturbing his sleep.
The barbaric act meted out on the baby resulted in serious injuries that resulted in one of his arms been amputated
According to ABN TV, the Imo State chapters of the National Human Right Commission and the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists have called on the Imo State Government and police to immediately arrest and prosecute Mr. Amatobi for the dastardly act he carried out on the boy.
The baby’s arm was amputated at the paediatrics ward of the Federal Medical Centre, FMC Owerri.
