A corporal in the Nigerian Army, Abayomi Ebun, has with his car, crushed to death the Director of Finance, Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre(NAFRC), Brig.Gen. A. O. James.
It was gathered that the Brigadier was strolling inside the barracks on Wednesday night when the junior officer’s car hit him from behind.
Switch Nigeria dug up evidence that Corporal Ebun is a perpetual drunk, as pictures on his Facebook page show.
The incident which took place at the Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre, NAFRC resulted in the death of Mr. James, as doctors at the barracks hospital later confirmed.
The late General was also the Monitor General, SEC 40, of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Plateau State.
A source at the barracks told newsmen that Ebun “has been detained by the NAFRC provost for further investigation,” said the source.
