President Buhari has commissioned the first state-owned Medical University in Ebonyi State built by Dave Umahi to produce more doctors and medical practitioners.
Buhari also accepted the offer by David Umahi for the new Medical University situated in Uburu, to become a Federal University of Medical Sciences.
The recently completed International Market was also formally launched.
