Festus Keyamo, the spokesman of the All Progressives Congress, has told the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria to quit talking about politics.
Keyamo who spoke on Channels TV’s Politics Today was responding to the PFN’s comments on the controversial Muslim-Muslim ticket the APC is selling to the people.
The PFN had released a statement disowning the Pentecostal Bishops Forum of Northern Nigeria who recently paid a courtesy visit to Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
PFN’s PRO denied that there is nothing in PFN that is regionally based like Southern or Northern Pentecostal Bishops.”
In his counter position, Festus Keyamo said the purpose of pastors is to lead people to heaven. It is not to lead people to the Villa. PFN should go and vote for their choice of candidate on election day.
He warned them to refrain from openly criticising the activities of his party.
