Former chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Mr. Adams Oshiomhole has blamed Nigeria’s current unemployment crisis on Peter Obi.
Speaking at the official flag off of his Edo North Senatorial campaign bid in Auchi on Friday, Oshiomhole said Obi owns the biggest shopping mall in Abuja, where majority of the things sold are imported.

“Obi owns the biggest shopping mall in Abuja and all the items sold there are imported, so if he is selling imported wines, clothes and other items, he is contributing to why Nigeria is going down because he is creating jobs abroad and importing unemployment to Nigeria” Mr Oshiomhole told his supporters.
Peter Obi’s presence in Auchi on Friday, which culminated in his visiting Aliru Momoh, the Otaru of Auchi, greatly affected Oshiomhole’s campaign rally.
People locked their shops and closed their businesses to show their support for Obi, resulting in gridlocks and heavy traffic.
One would wonder why Oshiomhole, a Senatorial candidate would be talking about Peter Obi, a presidential candidate, at his campaign rally.
