A court in Ibadan has sentenced two young men to prison for impersonation and internet fraud.
The two men, Ojo Gbenga Stephen and Emekhe Michael Ese were reportedly sentenced by Justice Uche Agomoh of the Federal High Court, Ibadan, Oyo on Monday.
This was disclosed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on their official twitter handle.
The twitter statement read, “The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibadan Zonal Command on Monday 28, 2022, secured the conviction and sentencing of the duo of Ojo Gbenga Stephen and Emekhe Michael Ese before Justice Uche Agomoh of the Federal High Court, Ibadan, Oyo State on one count charge each for impersonation.”
