A Nigerian lady has narrated how she got relieved of her appointment as an On Air Personality (OAP) in Yoruba language by a radio station during the Ramadan for her inability to properly verbalize “R”.
Zainab Fakunle who goes by the Twitter handle @fakurizy stated she had resumed her position barely a month ago only to be terminated at the end of the Islamic fasting period of Ramadan for reasons the management termed as “misconduct and non professionalism”, a charge she vehemently denies.

Further narrating her ordeal, she expressed worry as to the stain the wrongly tag of “misconduct and non professionalism” slammed on her by her ertswhile employer could portend for her young professional career.
