Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has urged Nigerian youths to equip themselves with digital skills and other essential capabilities to thrive in the 21st century. He emphasized the significance of embracing Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has become a crucial aspect of the technology world.
Speaking at a video editing training organized by the Youth Development Centre, a division of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), in collaboration with EditSpace Africa, Obasanjo addressed participants in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
He also predicted that in the next two or three decades, a considerable number of office spaces might be converted into hotels or alternative facilities due to the potential trend of many workers preferring to work from the comfort of their homes.
The training, which included over 60 selected youths from Ogun State, Ibadan, and Lagos, aims to empower the young generation with essential skills for the changing employment landscape.
