The Interim Management Committee
(IMC) has fined Shooting Stars #500,000 for the act of urinating in the center of the pitch by their camp commandant, Auwal Mohammed, during their home game with Akwa United last Sunday.
The act which happened before the kickoff of the NPFL Matchday nine encounter amongst the super six contenders in group A, saw the away side fourth back to earn a 2-2 draw after falling behind in the early stages in Ibadan.
Furthermore, the club’s camp commandant Auwal Mohammed was suspended from all NPFL related activities for one year for an act which was tagged as fetish by fans of the NPFL.
However, Shooting Stars have the option to appeal, but in the case of submission to the judgment, must pay the fine within seven days.
