Reno Omokri, a human rights activist known for always castigating President Muhammadu Buhari, has said not all Muslims from the North are evil.
He said this in the wake of the gruesome murder of Deborah Yakubu on Thursday in a Sokoto State institution.
Nigerians, especially those of Southern persuasion have been voicing their anger towards all northerners, saying they are all bad.
But Reno has an alternative view. He said in 2018, an Imam Abubakar Abdullahi, saved the lives of hundreds of Christians.
“All of you saying Northern Muslims are bad and barbaric have forgotten that a Northern Muslim, Imam Abubakar Abdullahi, saved the lives of hundreds of Christians on June 23, 2018.”
He added, “There are good and bad people in every religion. Face the culprits, not the religion!”
