Labour Party Presidential candidate, Peter Gregory Obi says Nigerians supporting him are doing it for themselves rather than for him.
Obi disclosed to reporters at his polling unit this morning, where he’s expected to perform his civic duties.
“Nobody is supporting me. Those supporting me are supporting themselves. I’m supporting myself. We all want a better Nigeria,” Mr Obi said.
“I’m feeling the pressure of the support,” he added. “This Obidient is not for free. It’s a trust. I cannot betray the trust. If I do, God will punish me,” Obi said.
