Many took to twitter to air their grievances.

2. Gtbank
3. Zenith Bank
4. UBA
5. UBA
Anyone should not have the misfortune of using a combination of Number 1 and 2. Your own don done be that.”
He added, “Access Bank is too dreadful to be listed as a bank. Whenever there is a list for supermarkets, they will be included.
A lady said GTB refused her a job position because she said Fidelity Bank is a good bank
The lady who goes by the username Spice, said “I just had an interview with Gt bank and they showed me a screenshot where I said Fidelity is the best. I thought I was entitled to my own opinion until my very own opinion worked against me.
“I abandoned my @gtbank account because of excessive charges. How you guys charge me for every alert and still charge me for the alerts at the end of the month? Make una kuku carry gun dey rob instead of doing it in disguise,” said BrownLegacy.
Elizabeth Ekpo complained about GTB’s late alerts. “@gtbank why are your email alerts coming 24-48 hrs after a transaction? If it’s a fraudulent transaction then it can’t quickly to contained. Pls (sic) fix this.Your services are becoming less and less everyday. Let’s go back to the days of top notch excellent customer experience.”
Guaranty Trust Bank on the other hand have so far failed to respond to the complaints. Instead, their official Twitter handle was appreciating those involved in their food program.
