It was an evening to savour for Nigerians, Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman when their sides clashed in the Serie A.It was number 3 against number 1 on the league table as the visitors bounced back from their Champions League defeat to Liverpool to claim all three points at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo.Lookman opened the scoring in the 19th minute from the spot, before his compatriot, Osimhen drew Spaletti’s side level just four minutes later.Osimhen turned provider just twelve minutes later, when he assisted Elmas for Napoli’s second of the night. And that proved to be enough as there were no goals in the second half.Victor Osimhen has now scored more Serie A goals than any other Nigerian player in the competition’s history. He has 8 goals in 9 games in Italy this term.
