Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina State has declared Thursday and Friday as holidays for Katsina workers to receive President Muhammadu Buhari.
The State’s Permanent Secretary of
Culture and Home Affairs, Sani Kabomo, revealed this in a statement today.
The President is anticipated to visit Katsina to dedicate the projects executed by Governor Masari.
The work-free days would not affect banks, federal employees in the state, or other key service providers, according to the statement.
The public and civil servants in Katsina were invited to turn out in large numbers to welcome Mr Buhari and his entourage.
