Nollywood actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, better known by his stage name Nedu, has cautioned single people against taking the social media-spread notion that marriage is no longer successful seriously.
On the most recent edition of The Honest Bunch audiovisual podcast, which he co-hosts, Nedu, who divorced his wife last year, offered the counsel.
In contrast to the numerous couples whose marriages are thriving, he claimed that those whose marriages fail have the loudest voices on social media.
Nedu made this statement after Teddy A, a guest on the show and a BBNaija star, detailed his relationship with his wife Bam Bam.
He said: “This is me telling you guys that marriage works. Don’t be deceived by what you see on social media. On social media, the voice of the ones that don’t work is the loudest. The many that work, they want to keep it private because na wetin person know na e he dey spoil.”
