Nigerian singer, Tekno said he could not sleep on the first night he abstained from smoking marijuana.
Tekno disclosed this in a short video he shared on his Instagram story on Wednesday while opening up on his struggles to quit smoking weed.
He said that he has gone 24 hours without consuming the psychoactive drug.
The “Skeletun” crooner also said he hopes to go 30 days without taking the substance.
According to him, at the end of the experiment, he would decide whether to continue taking marijuana or stop it completely.
“My first 24 hours of not smoking cannabis, marijuana, weed or whatever you decide to call it. It was a little hard to sleep the first night but this is 24 hours. I am about to go another 24 hours; I am trying to go 30 days not smoking weed,” he said.
“At the end of these 30 days, I will decide if I want to keep smoking or if I don’t want to smoke anymore but I will come back here to keep you guys updated every day. Let’s see how it goes.”
