Chelsea cruised to a 3:0 victory against Italian Champions, AC Milan in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
Milan started the game brightly, but the host eventually grew into the game and after sustained corners, Chelsea took the lead through Wesley Fofana after Tatarusanu failed to deal with a Thiago Silva header.
Chelsea’s confidence increased after the goal and continued to bombard the visitor’s defence until Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang got to the end of a Reece James cross to make it 2, his first Champions League goal since the 2017/2018 season.
But the young English defender was not done yet, when he turned in Chelsea’s third at the near post to hand Graham Potter his first win in the competition.
