Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, the Speaker of the House of Representatives has started a leadership program at Harvard.
The Head of Nigeria’s lower chamber shared photos of himself online on the same day the Nigerian Labour Congress embarked on a nationwide protest to ask for the ASUU strike that has been on since February to be called off.
He wrote, “Back to class. In a leadership course at #Harvard #Kennedy_School. Forget the number of grey hairs one is never too old to learn, broaden or sharpen your skills.”
The academic staff union of universities have been on strike for over five months now, and with them, the thousands of undergraduates too.
