The hosts then doubled their lead through another outstanding counter-attack, which started with Bajcetic tackling Iwobi on the left wing in his own half. Robertson played a quick one-two with Henderson and charged infield, into the space.
Robertson eventually swept the ball across the field to Salah, who played in the overlapping Alexander-Arnold in the area. Alexander Arnold slid a low cross into the six-yard box, where Coady allowed the ball to run and Gakpo tapped it into an empty net at the far post in the 49th minute.
