The new CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk has reinstated former United States president, Donald Trump on Twitter.
Donald Trump was blocked from Twitter after the 2020 elections that brought in Joe Biden.
During that time, Trump has created his own online platform, called Truth Social, which is much similar to Twitter, but which at the moment, operates only in the USA.
However, after a poll conducted by Elon Musk, where he asked people to vote for or against reinstating the former president, to which more voted for his reinstatement, Trump has been allowed back.
A search of Donald Trump’s name now brings his account up, which was not visible before now.
Trump last tweeted January 8, 2021. In addition to Donald Trump, other far right public commentators and accounts like Jordan Peterson and The Babylon Bee, have been reinstated.
Kathie Griffin, Jorden Peterson & Babylon Bee have been reinstated.
Trump decision has not yet been made.
