The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi has called on Christians to take advantage of the Easter season to make supplications unto God for the betterment of Nigeria.
The ex-Anambra state Governor reminded Christians on Friday via his verified Twitter handle that the way of the cross remained the way to victory.
He also urged Nigerians to take advantage of the opportunity for introspection.
His tweet reads: “The commemoration of Good Friday presents us the opportunity for sober reflections on our lives on earth.
“Today, we are reminded that the way of the cross is the way to victory. I urge our Christian brethren to present our nation to God in prayer. May God heal our land.
“May God bless our nation, Nigeria. – PO.”
