A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out the Federal Government’s request to extradite the suspended deputy commissioner of police, DCP Abba Kyari to the USA where he’s to stand trial.
Recall that Abba Kyari is being tried for his involvement with notorious internet fraudster, Ramon Abbas, AKA Hushpuppi.
Delivering his verdict on Monday, Justice Inyang Ekwo ruled that the extradition application filed by the Federal Government lacked competence and merit.
