German side, RB Leipzig have reached an agreement with Chelsea to resign Timo Werner.
The German joined the Stamford Bridge side two years ago but has since failed to score as much goals as he used to do before leaving Red Bull Arena.
Now Chelsea have activated the £45m release clause that was included in the contract he signed with the club two years ago.
Sky Sports reports that a fee of £25.3m (€30m) plus bonuses has been agreed between the two parties.
