According to the Independent National Electoral Commission’s Chairman, Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu, no fewer than eight BVAS machines have been carted away from polling units in Delta and Cross River states during today’s general election. The immediate former governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun has lamented the failure of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), which kept him and other voters at Unit 8, Ward 6, Itoko area of Abeokuta waiting on queue for hours.
