According to the CBN Governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele, the newly opened Dangote Refinery would be persuaded to sell foreign exchange earnings to banks at a good rate. After the 291st Monetary Policy Committee, MPC, meeting in Abuja, Emefiele stated that his team would work with Alhaji Aliko Dangote to ensure that Nigerians benefited from the project.
