The Nigerian Army on Saturday, said its troops of Operation Desert Sanity have uncovered the wreckage of the crashed Alpha Jet Aircraft, NAF475, that went off the radar with two crew members on March 31 2021. It said the wreckage was uncovered by the troops during a clearance patrol in Sambisa Forest, Borno State. This was disclosed in a terse post on the official facebook page of the Nigerian Army.
