A court in Ibadan has sentenced two young men to prison for impersonation and internet fraud. The two men, Ojo Gbenga Stephen and Emekhe Michael Ese were reportedly sentenced by Justice Uche Agomoh of the Federal High Court, Ibadan, Oyo on Monday. This was disclosed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on their official twitter handle. The Super Eagles failed to make it to the 2022 World Cup finals after their opponents, Ghana made it through on away goal rule. Ghana opened the scoring early on via Arsenal midfielder, Thomas Partey, when he drove a shot past the underside of Uzoho.
