The head of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has sent a warning to Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike about his ambition to rule Nigeria. Governor Nyesom Wike has been warned by Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, not to chose this successor. The outspoken clergyman said this on Monday via his media Aide, Oluwatoyin Osho. Prophet Ayodele said: “The next governor of Rivers State is around you, don’t pick the wrong person who will become your enemy, seek the face of God in everything you are doing, try to harmonize, bring everyone together to retain the state. “If you don’t do the right thing, those you depend on will betray you, work in accordance with your party.”

The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) are rumoured to be in talks with former Super Eagle, Sunday Oliseh for the vacant coaching position. Austin Eguavoen recently vacated the position after he failed to qualify the national team for the Qatar FIFA World Cup coming up in November. But on Monday, Sunday Oliseh whose recent coaching job was at Fortuna Sittard where he was sacked in 2018, emerged as favourites to replace Eguavoen. Anambra State Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo has organised prayer sessions in order to curb the menace of insecurity in the state. Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has split from his wife, Sissi, after 13 years of marriage, according to a report by UK-based newspaper, The Mail on Sunday. Sissi, according to the report, began divorce proceedings last week. Sissi, a former journalist, moved to the UK in August, seven months after Tuchel joined Chelsea from the French team Paris Saint-Germain.
