A man, alleged to have stolen a commercial motorcycle, also known as Okada, was on Saturday burnt to death in Otukpo, Benue State. The suspect, it was gathered also killed the victim after snatching his okada. The man was arrested and taken to the police station. However, some of the deceased colleagues stormed the station on Saturday morning and demanded that the suspect be released to them. They blocked the Otukpo township road. The Government of Lagos State has directed the reopening of Chrisland Schools, almost a week after it was shut down over an alleged sex tape involving 5 pupils. Governor of Borno State, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum on Thursday, inaugrated 300 first batch of Road Marshals and commissioned renovated office of the Borno State Traffic Management Agency (BOTMA). Borno state government in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) trained and equiped the marshals.
