A video has emerged of Kano State Traffic Agency (KAROTA) chasing after a car on a full speed reverse. A fish thief was in the early hours of Thursday, given a serious beating after he was caught stealing catfish from a pond in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state. The incident happened at Oxbow lake. The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) is going to hold between Friday, 6th to Monday, 16th May, according to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board. The Board said about 1.7 million candidates are taking this year’s examination. According to Fabian Benjamin, the Head of Media at JAMB, examination will be conducted for the 1,761,338 candidates that registered across 755 registered computer based centres.
