A video has emerged online of a Customs officer slapping Samson Nwachukwu, an aide to the governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa. The clip has been eliciting outrage on social media. According to reports, the incident happened along the Agbor/Asaba Expressway on Saturday. Nwachukwu is a Special Adviser to the Delta State governor. The Nigeria Police Force, says it has arrested one of its officers seen in a viral video, singing, dancing, and brandishing a rifle in praise of a particular confraternity, also known as a cult. It said the officer has been identified as Corporal Matthew Isaac, attached to the Ebonyi State police command.
