A middle aged man, a 50-year-old and a village chief have been abducted by unknown gunmen from a community in Bayelsa State. According to sources, the gunmen numbering about 20 raided Ogbia local government area of Bayelsa State around 1am on Monday morning and kidnapped the three. The names of the abducted were later confirmed to be Chief Otia Isomom, Mrs Lucy Osain and Mr Friday Abah. They were put into a waiting speedboat and taken away. The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) has directed the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to pay former head coach of the Super Eagles $378,000 compensation fee. The national executive committee of the Union said this after a meeting that v began on Sunday night and lasted till early Monday morning.
