Jeddah SuperDome in Saudi Arabia is set to be the venue of the rematch between British-Nigerian Boxer, Anthony Joshua and Ukrainian Boxer, Oleksandr Usyk. A man by the name Owajulu Tobi has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment by an Ekiti State Court for rape.The convict, who is reported to be a 29-year-old farmer, was convicted without option of fine by an Ekiti State High Court in Ado Ekiti on Wednesday. Justice Adeniyi Familoni who presided over the case sentenced Tobi after he ascertained that the prosecutor had proven beyond reasonable doubt that the convict needed to be punished for his offence. Justice Agatha Okeke of the Federal High Court sitting in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State has convicted and sentenced an ex-convict, Ekemini Akininyene Effiong to eight months imprisonment for criminal impersonation and obtaining by false pretence to the tune of $75 (Seventy Five United States Dollars). An INTERPOL-led operation targeting malware cyber fraud across Southeast Asia has led to the arrest of three suspected global scammers in Nigeria. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arrested the suspects in a sting operation conducted simultaneously in a Lagos suburb called Ajegunle and in Benin City, 300 km to the East of the commercial capital.
