The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has announced that it will sue the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) for refusing to extend the continuous voter registration exercise. In a statement released on their Twitter handle, SERAP said about 7 million Nigerians have been disenfranchised.
