The Benin Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on Thursday, secured the conviction of Awopetu Gbolahan Emmanuel and Johnbull Kingsley before Justice M. Itsueli of the Edo State High Court, Benin City. A police officer known as John Agbo has allegedly abducted a mentally ill teenage girl and raped her. The girl who is 14 years was reportedly taken into custody by Mr. Agbo on July 11, without the consent of anyone, keeping her from 10am till around 3pm.
