A 42-year-old man has been brought before an Ikeja Magistrate Court for assaulting his wife and injuring his toddler’s arm. The prosecution, Raji Akeem, who gave the name of the defendant as Austin Anthony, said the incident occurred on September 8, 2022. The suspect was arraigned by Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) for breaking against the 259 of the Kaduna State Penal Code Law.
