A magistrate court sitting in Ota, Ogun State, has sentenced 47-year old, Adungba Taiwo to 8 months imprisonment for theft. The convict whose address the court failed to mention, reportedly stole 34 pieces of iron doors valued at N805,000. In her ruling, chief magistrate Mrs. A. The Federal Government has confirmed that it currently owes contractors N11.16 trillion in road construction projects and certificates of completion. The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 51-year-old man, Austine Kanu for abducting four teenage boys.
